Meet Harper! 

She’s a spunky 2-year-old – loves to garden and play outside with the neighbor kids. 

Harper's home wasn’t safe. Her parents struggled with substance abuse and were constantly juggling legal problems. 

Grandma stepped in to give Harper and her siblings the childhood they deserved. 

However, around a year ago grandma became ill, and couldn’t care for baby Harper. She leaned on CEDARS to find a loving foster home for Harper. 

CEDARS contacted the Garcias to see if they would welcome Harper for a while. They agreed and soon fell in love with her courage and personality.  

Harper continues to be a spirited little girl and she loves spending time with her family. With the help of the Garcias, she is seeing all the potential she has! 

CEDARS is here for kids, here for families and was here for Harper when she needed it most.
