Since the Youth Homeless Action Initiative will be making decisions on ways to better serve youth experiencing homelessness and youth who are unstably housed, it is important for us to understand your experiences and identify what committees and/or opportunities that might be best suited to your expertise. Please note you are encouraged to self-identify what work you would feel most comfortable with participating in regardless of answers provided. These answers will only be shared with a small group of people reviewing the application. Please select Yes or No for each question.

You do not need to have any special experience to be accepted. We just want to learn more about you. Please share any work or leadership history. This includes volunteer work, school programs and social or recreational activities.
