This webinar will focus on early childhood developmental milestones, delays, concerning behaviors and risk factors.

In this session, we will:
Identify important developmental milestones for young children 0-3 years;
Explore FREE resources from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help you engage families in monitoring children’s developmental milestones;
Increase your knowledge of signs of potential delay and what to do if there is a concern.

Speaker: Dr. Holly Hatton, Associate Professor and Early Childhood Extension Specialist

Holly Hatton is Associate Professor and Extension Specialist in the Child, Youth, and Family Studies Department at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Holly's program of Extension focuses on the use of reflective practice, mindfulness, compassion, and social-emotional learning to support caregivers, early childhood educators, young children, and families drawing upon community-based participatory methods. She provides professional learning using the Facilitated Attuned Interactions approach and in topics related to early childhood mental health. She is committed to addressing issues of systemic inequities and brings these issues to the forefront of her work.
