Families in Need of Resources, Support and Education
At CEDARS we focus on services that are designed to help the entire family— so those healthy connections grow, and families can stay together. We even offer early childhood opportunities that are supportive and inclusive, so kids can go on to be successful.
Family Resources
Family resources focus on maintaining healthy family connections. We offer a variety of family-based services to match various needs, including Healthy Families Home Visiting, Sixpence, Partners in Permanency, Community Response, Family Support and Circle of Security Parenting. CEDARS Early Childhood Development Center
CEDARS Early Childhood Development Center provides children with early and ongoing developmental opportunities in an inclusive and diverse environment to help them become better learners. Classrooms led by educated and experienced teachers focus on social and emotional development so kids can go on to be successful in school.
School-Age Programs
In partnership with the Community Learning Center (CLC) initiative and Lincoln Public Schools, CEDARS provides students with positive experiences, enrichment and academic clubs that help them become lifelong learners. The program is an extension of the school day and encourages collaboration among the school, community and each kid’s family.
