Dive into understanding how your identity impacts your perception of the world, identify implicit bias within yourself and understand the impact bias can have on service delivery, as well as the role it plays in disparities in our community. Also, you will learn about how unintentional, everyday comments can actually be hurtful (microaggressions) and how to come out of that situation the best you can. Community resources will be provided during this interactive presentation as well.
