Adapting to fit their needs, constantly investing in the future of our community. Through our programs, we’re able to make a significant impact on the lives of those in need — but we can always do more. And your support can make an immediate impact.

Nebraska's Kids Need Your Help

  • Over 4,000 kids in Nebraska school districts experienced homelessness in 2022.*

  • In 2019, 9,526 children were involved in Nebraska’s child welfare system.**

  • The inability of parents to meet basic needs for their kids is the most common form of maltreatment in Nebraska, at 80%.**

How Our Programs Help Those in Need

Our mission is to give kids the safety and stability needed to build lasting relationships and a stronger future. Our services support thousands of kids and families every year through various programs based on their needs. Last year, CEDARS provided 107,324 nights of care for the kids in our community who needed it most. More than 2,377 kids — and their families — received support.
